MARIA MORALO-SEBATE (FOUNDER)
Ms Maria Sebate is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Researcher, with extensive experience in Talent Management, Psychometric Test Development and Standardisation, Cognitive and Personality Assessments for recruitment and development purposes, gained through several research, assessment and talent management roles, over the past 22 years. Leveraging from her passion to help others grow and flourish, Maria Sebate is committed to support them through Career Counselling, Mentorship and Coaching.
A visionary, highly driven, generous and compassionate individual, Maria Sebate derives meaning from nurturing young talent and investing in the care, growth and self-esteem enhancement of youngsters, who due to family circumstances may not fulfil their full potential. In her role as a church elder, Maria Sebate has provided counselling to singles and newly wedded couples, a service she offers with love and passion.
